| Postures (asanas), breathing (pranayama) and meditation (dhyana) are integrated together to help promote stability, energy, flexibility and relaxation. Postures will be performed seated, standing and lying on the floor. Inverted postures may be included in some classes. Participants are strongly encouraged to wear loose clothing in order to not restrict movements and to avoid eating right before the class. |

Class size is limited to the first 20 participants that complete registration form and pay class fee. Once the class is full, a waitlist will be started in order to determine interest for additional classes.
