| The class is taught on floor mats. Classes will combine stretching and strengthening routines designed to work the "core muscles" of the body. Quality of movement, alignment and breathing will be emphasized to help gain greater body awareness, improved strength and flexibility.

Each class size is limited to the first 20 participants that complete registration and pay class fee. Once the class is full, a waitlist will be started to determine interest for any future classes.
